The passionate kitchen team led by your host Flori will indulge you with homemade delicacies from morning till night in the new dining room, surrounded by alpine flair and with a view over the untouched landscapes of the Valgiovo/Jaufental valley. Only fresh food is served here. As we use natural and organic products, from the region and the hotel's own garden, if possible. The bar, entrance area and walk-in wine cupboard are all new in autumn 2019. The female boss Dunja, a prospective sommelier, knows how to advise you best. The boss Florian, a passionate bee-keeper, produces the delicious honey that we spoil you with in the kitchen and wellness area.
